Abstract

Education of Business Ethic Valueis the most essential element in human life, either as individual, social as well as beings of Allah SWT especially in business development. it will be determined whether a person is ableof fulfilling their life’s needs in accordance with the demands that should be fulfilled in accordance to principals of business ethics. Social piety is one of the prerequisite in implementing ideal business ethics in a manner of psychosocial must be at least befostered and formed “social piety in business dimension”, by having this social piety someone will be able to foster a harmonious life both with himself and with others and with his environment especially in instilling the value of business ethics.The limitations of "healthy personality-based social piety" as one of the prerequisites in shaping awareness of business ethics in the opinion of Hurlock, (1974: 423) that healthy people are as follows: "have good self-adjustment, comfortable life, harmony inside ' inner harmony ', and peace with others and oneself; have a healthy personality “self-concept” image; accept yourself and others without feeling guilty, restless, hostility, and not damaging others; able to fulfill his desires through behavior that is in accordance with social norms
